Booking terms and conditions

7 night minimum rentals may be required for peak season, changeover day fixed on Saturday.

3 night minimum rentals available for rest of the year exclusive of peak / bank holidays. Last minute bookings of 3 nights considered.

Rental is for use of the full property including linens.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Last minute bookings to be paid in full. No dates are held without deposit payment. Strictly no additional guests or parties to be held.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, card payment or PayPal (additional charges apply)
